I recently engaged with Cleardeal, Ahmedabad, for assistance in selling my flat. I discovered them online and visited their office at Aditya Plaza, Jodhpur. They offered me a "premium plan" worth ₹35,000, which included advertising the property in newspapers, on MagicBricks, and other real estate websites. As per their proposal, I paid ₹17,700 upfront, with the promise that the remaining amount would be paid once the flat was sold.
Initially, they did run a few ads in newspapers and shared some contact leads, but none of them were helpful or relevant. They also assigned a relationship manager, Ms. Hirva Bhatt, who stopped providing updates after just 3–4 months. I had to constantly follow up, and even after months, I received no proactive communication from their side.
What’s even more frustrating is that they completely stopped responding to my messages and calls. I feel extremely let down and disappointed, especially after paying my hard-earned money in good faith.
Honest Advice to Others:
If you're planning to sell your property, I strongly recommend handling your own marketing. You can post ads in newspapers and real estate platforms yourself, and still save money. Paying ₹35,000 to a service like Cleardeal for minimal and ineffective results simply doesn’t make sense.
This experience has been disheartening, and I hope this review helps others make more informed decisions.
